The Magnum Performance M588/85 and M588/88 T4 and T6 frame turbocharger is designed with the professional modified (PRO-MOD) drag racer in mind. Inspired by the traditional S500 compressor frame design and with Magnum's advances in full system simulation technology (free with the purchase of a turbo). The industry's fear for boost creep due to smaller diameter (85mm versus 91mm) turbine wheels has become a myth. The fact is that a smaller diameter turbine wheel has lower inertia and hence faster spool up characteristics. Our engineers have mastered the ability to give you faster spool, higher top end power for nearly half the price of our competitors units and with the best warranty in the industry. A unit that also comes standard with our 1 year warranty. With an optional Billet Wheel upgrade and 1850+ HP Capabilities its a great single turbo option for the big displacement 8, 10 and 12 cylinder applications such as the Dodge Hemi 6.0L , LS Powered Chevy 6.7L and 5.4L ford alike.
